Air Darts.
Five throws to beat your friend.
Turn your webcam into a dart game. Aim with your finger, push your hand to throw, and send your score to someone who thinks they can do better.
Gold dot = ready to throw. Faint numbered rings show your friend’s darts.
Five throws. Make them count.
- Set your device down and show one whole hand.
- Point to aim. Hold briefly until the dot turns gold.
- Push your empty hand toward the camera to throw. Pull it back between darts.
No account. No video upload. Only your score is saved locally; challenge links include dart positions and the board date.
How to play webcam darts
- Press Start Air Darts and allow camera access. Keep your whole hand in view.
- Move your index finger to aim. Hold it steady until the aiming dot turns gold.
- Push your empty hand a short distance toward the camera to release a virtual dart. Pull back before aiming again.
- Finish five throws, then challenge a friend with your score and dartboard.
The game uses your aim just before the forward gesture. It is a virtual aiming challenge, not a simulation of real dart flight. You can also press Space or the Throw dart button while your hand is ready. No physical dart or controller is needed.
Scoring and the daily dartboard
The inner bull scores 50 and the outer bull 25. Numbered wedges score their displayed value; the narrow middle ring triples it and the outer ring doubles it. A miss scores zero. Your total is the sum of exactly five darts, with a maximum of 300 points.
The numbered board rotates each day at midnight UTC. A friend link preserves the original board and all five hit positions, even when opened another day. Faint rings mark your friend’s throws. Challenge scores are self-reported and are not a verified leaderboard.
Air Darts questions
Is this online darts game free?
Yes. Play and share challenges without an account, payment or app download.
Does it work on a phone or laptop?
Use a camera-enabled browser and allow camera access. Set your device down so the camera stays still. Browser support and tracking performance vary; a clearly lit hand and a simple background help.
What if the camera loses my hand?
Your remaining darts stay available. Show your hand again and wait for the gold aiming dot. Missing tracking does not count as a throw.
Can friends watch my camera?
No. Video is processed on your device. The challenge link contains the board date and dart positions; the downloadable image contains your board and score.
